About Us

The National Privacy Alliance web site (NationalPrivacy.com) was created by Blue C Software, a division of Quantum Mechanic, Inc. The underlying software is based on Blue C's OCEAN rapid web development platform.  NPA's message security uses the Blowfish symmetric block cipher, designed by Bruce Schneier with a special dual-key adaptation.

This site was launched in mid-July of 2011 and is still undergoing development and changes.  All services are currently free-of-charge, and all the essentials will stay that way to help the healthcare and financial communities protect patient/client information.
